Johannes, a former top athlete of Nordic Combined, was part of the German national team, competing with the best athletes worldwide.

Also interested in cars, he studied Mechanical Engineering as well as Automotive Engineering.

In 2020 and 2021 he got certified as Professional Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.

He is the Founder of AGILE SPORTS COACH, which he founded in March 2021. With ASC he wants to support Athletes and Coaches with agile methods and mindset to increase athletic performance development.

Mirco is a financial analysis, marketing and business development expert by reason as well as Design Thinker, Agile Product Owner and Family Guy by heart.

Agile Mindset and Methods are his fit in helping ecosystems in transformation being more diverse, sustainable and 21st century.

As such, he provides, supports and implements Agile Approaches, especially Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design to Non-Profit Organisations in Sport, Education, the Arts.

For him, the question if eSport is Sport at all, clearly is an indication how far Agile Transformation have been traced.
